Welcome into 2022, the year of hope - hope I don't get Co-vid, hope we don't go into lockdown and hope I live a healthier life style!
The third we can help with, the others are in the laps of better qualified than I.
TheGYM offers a range of cardiovascular machines and a wide variety of resistance exercises for toning and taughtening those weak and, maybe, flabby muscles!
Open 24/7 for members only, you exercise when it suits you! Early morning cool time, late night cool time, any time is a cool time to exercise.

Delta Level 2 allows us to reopen! Some conditions to abide by please. Wear a mask as much as possible. Cardio activity may make this difficult so wiping machines down with disinfectant clean ing spray is essential. Whenever possible maintain social distancing. And lastly, sign in!!! Use the covid tracer app and the sign in sheet.

Senior Ciscuit will start on Thursday 9th September for those comfortable in attending. Disposable masks will be available for those who don't have one.

The announcement all you over 65's have been waiting for! We will resume Senior Circuit, Work out for the Wise, classes next Tuesday 26th of May! There will be some differences but lets get active again!
Please phone your friends who attend incase they don't have Facebook access. Looking forward to seeing those who are happy to be back, back. If you have protective gloves that you wish to wear, by all means do so.
