What an awesome day of racing our team had today at the Southland Short Course Champs! We had placings and heaps of PBs. Club records were broken; Sam 50m breaststroke (has stood for 23 years), Benjamin 100 freestyle & Emma-Grace 50 freestyle (has stood for 23 years), 100m & 50m backstroke. It was heaps of fun watching our relay team compete too! Nice swimming everyone, love watching you all give it everything 🏊‍♂️🏊

You wouldn’t believe us if we told you we’ve had three weeks off! Despite the break, our swimmers came back stronger than ever.

Great work all

It was a great start to the new racing season today! Our team had lots of fun and awesome racing from everyone with some great PBs & placings 🤗 Benjamin gained a NZ Short Course qualifying time & broke his own 50m backstroke club record 🏊‍♂️ Looking forward to the next meet with this great bunch!

Well done everyone

Another great meet today for our team, top 3 placings for everyone & some awesome PBs. This was probably Isaac's last competitive meet. Isaac has swum with us for 7 years, competing at local, South Island and national meets - thank you for representing our club, we're proud of your achievements 🤗

It's that time of year .. time for the pool to rest for the winter .. officially closing on Thursday 2nd April.
