Red stag is our speciality, but we also offer fallow deer, tahr, chamois, elk, Arapawa ram, Pacific goat, wild boar, small game and hunting for meat, along with wingshooting and fishing in season. We also welcome hunting companions and non-hunters, family groups and anyone wishing to experience the stunning New Zealand outdoors via a range of authentic activities and experiences. High Peak is unique in New Zealand as one of but a few established family-owned-and-operated estates. 100% owned by the Guild family, who have farmed in Canterbury for over 170 years, High Peak has hosted hunters since 1987.
