👏𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥𝗦👏

Our events run on many, many volunteers. Timing crews, marshals, service crews, safety car team, recovery, service park and all those others who are a vital cog in what is a big rally machine. There really are a lot of you.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝗽. We ordered fine weather for you, and we delivered, it was the least we could do.

✅𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗼 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀✅

Before SS2 we stopped the teams at Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Harataunga and provided a "morning tea" & toilet stop for 15min. It was a time to reset for the next stage, and have a chat about SS1. Rallying is a social sport.

As part of this 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 $𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 to the school which helps their fundraising for a new school & community playground. Love this!!

Congratulations to the winners of the coloring competition we ran pre-event who were chosen by Molly & the team at Forbidden Pizza.

The Dayle ITM Goldrush Rally of Coromandel returns to Whitianga after six years this weekend, with NZRC stars set to tackle iconic stages like Port Charles, 309 and Tapu-Coroglen.

👀𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.

The cars will start arriving from 4:30-4:40pm to park up on Blacksmith Lane. Walk around to see all the cool cars, meet the drivers, grab posters and take some photos. The official start is from 5:45 and the cars will go over the ramp in reverse.
