As many of you are aware I have sold my home, the pool, and my family and I will be relocating overseas at the end of the year. 🙃

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for entrusting me with the important task of teaching your children to swim. It has been a privilege to work with such wonderful families over the past 7 years. From humble beginnings at the Admiralty Lodge (Thank you Paul, Brian, Anna and Nicola!!) 😍 to the dream of having my own pool at home - I have had the privilege of sharing my passion for swimming with over 400 children. 🥰

Watching your children progress from timid beginners to confident swimmers has been incredibly rewarding. 🤩 I'm truly honored to have played a small part in their development. 🫶🏻

Thank you again for your trust and support. I will still be around until December, and I will still be poolside volunteering with the Swim Club - so plenty of time for goodbye chats and cuddles! 😊

Just keep swimming little ones - I will miss you all dearly !

Hello family and friends …. My crazy swim friends and I are up to our tricks again - but this time to make some money for the amazing NZ coastguard!!!!

We plan to swim 100km over the month of July - water temp is around 16 degrees and dropping at the mo - so it’s going to be a challenge 😂 but we’re all a little crazy in the Mad KOWS team! (Kuaotunu Open Water Swimmers).

GAUGING INTEREST:

❄️ WINTER SWIMMING LESSONS

(starting in Term 2 after the school holidays!!)

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons - lessons will be $25 a lesson due to us making that heat pump work extra hard 😀 - there will be discounts for siblings …. I know it all adds up (I do have 4!!) 🫣 the pool temp will be between 27-29 at all times!

2 categories : (ages don’t matter)
1️⃣ needs a parent in the pool (songs, water confidence)
2️⃣ doesn’t need a parent in the pool (stroke development, tenchinque)

No Lessons at 3:30 and 4 today I’m so sorry!!!!!!!!!!!

I just cannot make it work …… I have meetings moved ect!

Today’s lessons line up - remember these will be the LAST Lessons for this term!

REMINDER TO EVERYONE : TERM 1 LESSONS START THIS THIRSDAY THE 8th!!!

No lessons tomorrow! Thursday is our first day! Then we’re back into action as normal from the following week.

EDIT ….. these are now FULLY BOOKED!
Term 1 details will be coming out at the end of the week - it will look slightly different to last term as I’m down another day - but we’ll see what we can do!

Swimming lessons … I have some options for block courses again!
Next week (30-1)
Tuesday 4pm (will be the younger ones who still need the song and play)
and 4:30pm (will be for the older ones who need some stroke and technique work)

Wednesday 3pm (as above) and 3:30pm

Thursday 4pm and 4:30pm same classes as the Tuesday!

These will fill fast and I want these limited to 4 in a class so let me know if you’re keen to join 😊😊

BLOCK COURSE SWIMMING LESSONS AVAILABLE 9th, 10th, 11th January and again 14th, 15th, 16th January.
The plan will be to have consecutive lessons three days in a row - working on confidence, skills and time in the water.

If you have a child that is scared of the water, needs a little bit of extra TLC and extra 1-1 time - or if your child is missing lessons and just wants to be in the water. Let me know! These will be super limited spaces - only 3 morning classes available!
Class 1 - extra TLC / scared of water - needs some confidence building!
Class 2 - extra skills / working in technique - getting ready to leave the nest and move to swim club.
Class 3 - I’m a regular mermaid and I just want to come and have some extra classes with you!!!

Again spaces are SUPER LIMITED - please send me a message to secure your spot! 😊😊
