Stepping out of Retirement and Back on stage after an 8year Lay off ( competition wise that is ) new hip, Need a new knee BUT goal set Goal achieved Leanest I have ever been There was no Fat left lol Dry Conditioning great . Won Masters Figure Then took out overall Figure Title for the Rosetown Posediwn Very happy Girl ....I do my Own training Mostly on my Own , my own Nutrition but with Balance Treats Drinks and A social life It's Not hard it's Consistency and I am here to help. This is extreme But the same principles apply Consistency, good food choices Portion control.Yes I have chocolate Cake Cafes and dinner out But tick the boxes 📦 even on the worst days I try to Show up for me and my goal . More importantly, I turn up for YOU...more 5han a trainer but a friend A mentor A listening ear ( as you are to me ) ....together we push through one step at a time I willbe away for a big break in July But Never more than a message away Set some goals...no matter how big or small ...book a chat a pt or .....it's up to ypu To Invest In You...Age isn't definitely just a number Sorry about the skeletor face But at my level of body fat that's it 4kgs up since Saturday lol
