Breakfast in a cup!! I’m in my last 6 weeks before the wedding and now I’m in true shredding mode! This smoothie is perfect for those brides wanting a final shred or anyone wanting to kick start their weight/fat loss journey! I’ve been having these smoothies twice a day as a meal replacement one for breakfast and one with a small green salad and 95g tuna for lunch. The recipe is 1/4 plunger jug of prepared coffee, 2 scoops of balance plant protein vanilla, 1 banana, 2 tsp of almond butter and a pinch of cinnamon with 200ml water to blend 👌🏻
