Great finish to Nationals. Isaac 1st Juniors (3 new NZ Jnr records) and 2nd (by just 1kg) in Seniors and qualifying for the Junior Worlds next March.

2 days until our lifters take the platform @ Oly Nationals. At this stage Jade and Tanei lift on Fri and Isaac on Sunday, unfortunately Paul is injured and won't lift. All our FNCF and NLOW blessings and white lights to you all!!!

ISAAC's OFF TO AMERICA!!!!!
In just 4 weeks Isaac will be heading to the States for 3 months to weightlift full time with his US coach Travis Mash
This is an incredible opportunity for Isaac before the Junior Worlds in March 2020. He has organised it all himself and is self funding the trip so we have a couple of opportunities for you to help him out.
Body Composition Testing $15 pp - this Fri/Sat Book on the sheet at the box, takes 10 mins $15
Final Max Out $20 pp - Sat 19th October. This will be Isaac's (and the NLOW teams) final max out before Nationals. Come and max out with him or come and watch, throw popcorn and indulge in some friendly sledging
Thanks in advance for all your support, can't wait to see what an amazing opportunity this will be.
