We are stoked to be able to construct the Parua Bay Skate Park for our Whangarei Heads Community & even more stoked to see the amount of Kids/ Mums & Dads using it over the last week since opening. A tough build with an outstanding result.

Awesome work from our team!

Our project to double the water storage capacity for Te Kamo, Tikipunga and Hikurangi is well underway with a new storage tank starting look like a... storage tank. The new concrete reservoir will accompany the existing tank at the same site on Dip Road.

Once complete, it will boast a diameter of 28 metres, height of 8.3 metres and storage capacity of 4,280 cubic metres, ensuring water is aplenty across these communities. Next steps will be to close the gaps in the pre-cast panels with ‘stitch joins’ and build a concrete roof over the reservoir. The project is due for completion in October of this year.

Another great night at CCNZ Northland Awards. Coming away with 2 wins (which we will share more on later in the week) but a special shoutout to our Group General Manager Cam for all of his contributions to the industry. Well deserved.

We are pleased to report that our rock fundraiser for the Northland Rescue Helicopter came to $1,400.

The remainder of the rocks will be repurposed on the project.

We know there were a lot of people who missed out. We were overwhelmed with enquiries. If we have any more available in the future, we will try to notify those who missed out.

We would like to thank everyone who supported this initiative, and supported the Rescue Helicopter.
