YEAH THE BOIS 2022. What a send off for the crew ✊🏽 Josh Carter
First live competition and he came away with a podium !! 2nd place 💥💥💥💥Josh was EPIC , he made me a happy old lady ! 85kg hang clean !!!! Beautiful butterfly 👀💪🏽💪🏽 . Josh competed hard all day , showed how we do it at the JUNGLE , never giving up, right till the last seconds , josh has found his place 💪🏽 solid athlete with some big things to come. The most humble kind young man . Bloody proud of you Josh ✊🏽 dad better sort it out or you will be cleaning the floor with him pretty quick 😛 massive thanks to Scott and lynlee for the trip and support .carter__
YTB 2022: Jason Kena the man the legend , hell of a weekend Jase 💪🏽 you showed once again that you got the goods to throw down with the young ones !! You look after us all , lead by example with our young ones , you are inspirational and a epic role model for all young men 💗 the support that you and Charmaine have shown us over the years is second to none . Thanks for an epic trip 💗
YTB 2022: Fiti Leau . This kid ✊🏽 he is the quiet one , the observer, he has an eye for detail and the mental toughness of him has earned the name “”savage “ . We don’t train kids , we have never had kids classes, he just turned up his cuzzy Hunia and we threw him a barbell and away he went. He is the one that people tend to underestimate, NOT me ! This guy is one hell of an athlete , bodyweight to what he lifts is CRAZY ! Strong , determined and no off button 👌🏻 he is one of my favorite athletes to watch ✊🏽 always proud of him “savage “ . We put him into intermediate and I watched this crazy guy throw around 22.5 dumbbells like a BOSS ✊🏽. He inspires me to be better
YTB 2022, Hunia Pickering . He is our OG young fella , I’m not even sure how this happened, he turned up when he was 15, staring at his feel , we could barely get a word out of him. Six years later this guy is a BEAST , his form is just on point ! Strong ! Composed! It was an absolute pleasure watching him compete this weekend , he is so humble, supportive! Hell of a coach ! Built in the Jungle, Hunia was our first male athlete to compete RX ✊🏽 Hunia and Aimz will always be our OG wild things 🙌🏻
YTB 2022: Kauri Leau . THE BIG GUY , well he sure as hell lifts like a big guy!! Once again Kauri just turned up with his cuzzy Hunia one day and he was cheeky little s**t right from the get go , roaming around with a big grin on his face always ! Never taking anything too seriously, always keen for a laugh and burn session. He is hands down my strongest athlete ✊🏽 his has no holes , he is an EPIC ATHLETE, if only he was a little more serious 👀👀 he wanted to get 100 for the complex and he did , I have no doubt if he had decided he wanted 110 he would have nailed that also 👌🏻 proud of him always , bloody animal , he has a big heart! A big smile ! And much MUCH more than just big sn**ch ✊🏽 all day son, leading the way for the young ones **ch **ch
YTB 2022: Tamatea - His first individual competition and he did intermediate ✊🏽 This kid is next level , he knows what he wants and anyone that has seen him In the gym knows that he will get there ✊🏽 you don’t get this good this fast by accident or natural ability, oh yeah it helps but he is doing the work !!! And he has the work ethic of no other athlete in the gym ✊🏽 he is focused , he is driven , he is smart and he has all the drive and passion for this sport to go ALL THE WAY . While others are chatting before the wods he is working out transitioning, making sure they are as short as possible, always thinking ahead ✊🏽 he is the total package 🙌🏻 he is also the kindest, funniest and sweetest kid 💗 sometimes people come into your life for a reason, I believe that tama was meant to be in mine 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 someone that loves CrossFit more than me !! He will be unstoppable, power of the mullet is strong with this one . What were you doing at 11??? He is inspiring to say the least ✊🏽 special shout out to the crew at , best comp !! Epic people !! Amazing vibe !! Annual trip now , how good will tama be with another year under his belt 😆😍

This comp was one of my all time favs and I have done over 100!! The vibe at this box amplifies what CrossFit is about , family , support , gains and suffering. Epic wods ! Well run ! Book it in team 👌🏻 you will not be disappointed, value for money right here !! 5 wods!! This comp was not about making money it was about putting on an epic comp for the competeitors and they did just that 💪🏽 we will be back
