You are welcome to come up and hit the bags up until 6pm and then join the Peeni Wynyard Hui at the Marae at 6:30pm👊

We need to establish our working groups for the Peeni Wynyard event.

We need as many kaitautoko as possible. Come along from 6.30pm, choose a job and help us make this kaupapa a success🫡

Training days are now Monday / Thursdays 5:30pm moving forward as the other sports wrap up we will be adding a Third day 💪

Going to start posting up on here when trainings are. Was choice to get some momentum going with the battle of the clubs and a perfect time to get fit and healthy as we start heading into the warmer seasons ☀️🔥

Training tonight at 5:30pm Whanau. If you are early you are on time. If you are on time you are late ⏰ penalties to wrap us all up if you are late 💪 if you are late still come just think of them penalties as more GAINS. It’s a mindset ‼️
