Another cracker swim up in Tutukaka. Blue maomao, moki, eagle rays and a moray eel. Just an epic day out with the crew. 4km of fish, caves, rock chutes and fun.

A great swim with some great girls. Epic fun up at North Gable with Bex and Hilary. Awesome to see Caro and the crew out enjoying the great conditions as well.

Great day out on the water with the TOGS (Tutukaka) and WHOS (Whangarei Heads) swim groups.

Woolleys Bay to Matapouri via Whale bay. 5km of goodness.

Cracker of a day. Blue water and small swell.

A repeat of the Rahomaunu Island loop with the TOGS gang. Great to have such a big group do the full circuit. Amazing that a few years ago only a few of us would make the attempt.

Awesome visibility today and perfect conditions to get into all the rocks and chutes.

A nice chillax cruise today testing a new camera position and looking at all the fishy goodness. Much much better results.

Another great swim out on the coast. Rahomaunu Island put on a show with nice conditions and just enough swell to make it fun

4km loop from tutukaka harbour. Always worth it!!!

Pataua South (frogtown).

Awesome day out with the Whangarei Heads crew. Sooo many caves and swim throughs, had an absolute ball.

Thanks Robyn, Sarah, Sarah, Alastair and Tracey for another stunning day.

So lucky to live on one of the best coastlines in NZ.

Been a pretty cool week. Great to get outside the reef with some awesome kids from Tonga Swimming. If you are in Nuku'alofa for a trip touch base with them and hook in for a swim session if you can.

Nz waters are going to be a shock to the system this weekend

Shame i can't stay to go swim with the whales as they are here for the migration in July
