🔴⚫ EnviroWorks Hikurangi Premier Men’s & Women’s Results ⚫🔴

A big weekend of rugby for our club, with plenty of positives to take away across all three teams.

Premier Development put in a gutsy performance, fighting their way back to within two points after trailing earlier in the match. They never stopped competing and showed tremendous character, eventually going down 26–24. A huge effort from the boys who battled right to the final whistle.

Premier Men started strongly, crossing for the opening try, but too many errors allowed Kerikeri to build momentum and capitalise on our mistakes. Credit to a quality Kerikeri side who were simply too good on the day, with the final score finishing 53–19. We'll learn from it, regroup, and come back stronger.

Premier Women delivered another outstanding performance, backing up last week's effort against Eastern with a dominant display against Horahora. Despite missing several key players, others stepped up and showed the depth, resilience, and belief growing within this team. A fantastic 43–10 victory and a performance the whole club can be proud of.

To our players, coaches, managers, volunteers, supporters, and sponsors—thank you for your continued commitment to the red and black.

🔴⚫ EnviroWorks Hikurangi Premier Men’s & Women’s ⚫🔴

The teams are locked in and ready to proudly represent the Red & Black this weekend.

Our Premier Men hit the road to Kerikeri to take on a quality Kerikeri side in what promises to be a tough contest. The boys are looking forward to the challenge and another opportunity to keep building throughout the season.

Our Premier Women are back at home on Sunday, where they'll face a strong Horahora team. After another solid week of preparation, the wāhine are ready to defend our home turf and put in a performance our club can be proud of.

Pulling on the Hikurangi jersey means more than just playing rugby. It represents our club, our whānau, our history, and everyone who has worn the Red & Black before us. We know both teams will wear the jersey with pride, passion, and commitment for the full 80 minutes.

Whether you're making the trip to Kerikeri or supporting our wāhine at home, get along, make some noise, and get in behind our teams.

Proudly Red & Black. Proudly Hikurangi.

One Club. One Vision. One Purpose.
