We all have the same 24 hours.
Yet somehow…
Some of us “don’t have time.”

In consults and in the gym, I often hear:
“I’m not a morning person.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I’m just too busy.”
And I get it — life is full. Work, kids, stress, responsibilities.
But let’s be honest for a moment…
How many hours go into scrolling?
How many into Netflix?
How many into things that drain us rather than grow us?
This isn’t about guilt.
It’s about awareness.
Because time isn’t something we find.
It’s something we allocate.
When you choose movement, strength, rest, learning, connection — you’re choosing long-term value.
When you choose comfort over growth every single time — you’re choosing short-term relief.
You don’t need to wake up at 4am.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You just need to decide what matters more.
Your health.
Your confidence.
Your future.
