Sports Development is back next week at Studio 51 💪
One thing I love about coaching teens is helping them realise just how capable they are.
So many young people are playing sport, but not enough are being taught how to:
✔ move well
✔ build strength safely
✔ improve mobility
✔ become more powerful
✔ help prevent injuries
That’s exactly what our Sports Development classes are about.
At Studio 51, these classes are more than just fitness.
They’re about helping kids and teens build confidence in their bodies, learn good movement patterns, and feel strong in a supportive environment.
Whether your child plays sport and wants to improve performance, or simply enjoys being active, these classes are designed to meet them where they’re at.
Term 2 classes:
Monday
• 1pm – Homeschooling Sports Development Class
• 4pm – Girls Strength & Sports Development
Wednesday
• 4pm – Boys Strength & Sports Development
