We love seeing local teams making time to move together. Thanks to PKF Doyle & Associates The Accountants Limited for being part of the Tone community!

The team has been enjoying our Pilates sessions at the beautiful Tone Pilates ! 🤍

The team absolutely smashed it, and the guys look like they've been doing Pilates for years... although the wobbly legs afterwards may have told a different story!

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Tone Studio for having us.

If you've been thinking about giving Pilates a go, definitely get amongst it – it's a fantastic workout and so much fun! 😊

Kia Ora whānau. We’ve put together a ‘what to expect’ list when arriving at Tone for a seamless experience.

• Arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in
• Hang your jacket on the coat rack
• Pop your belongings in the cubbies
• Fill your drink bottle with chilled filtered water
• Check in on the iPad when you arrive
• Let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations
• Phone stands are available on the mirrors if you want to film or follow along
• Take a moment to stretch and get yourself ready
• Spray down your machine after class
• And most importantly… walk out feeling proud for smashing it
