Want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to each and every single person that has been a part of EnergizeYou over the last 9 years! Without you - there wouldn’t have been what we all built together… A very cool place for woman to come together, friendships made and fitness goals achieved. Not to mention the endless laughter. You all mean to the world to me, so thank you again for your support and commitment.
Today marks the end of EY…. It was a tough decision to make but I know once a door closes, another will open at the right time.
I realized, I don’t even know what it feels like to have my home as my own anymore, as it’s been a long time sharing it with hundreds of people over the years. But I know that I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s been a humbling and rewarding journey.
Thank you sooo much to Nicole Pedley for running the Gym the last few years. YOU gave me time to spend with my mum as she battled on until she passed. You gave me hope, when things were rough. You gave me space and time to focus on Mrs Bean. You respected my home, kids and our privacy. You put up with my ‘zoo’ of dogs, puppies, p**p and barking. You worked your ass off and put in all your effort to each and every client. Your drive is insane. I love you so much. I cannot wait to see what the future brings you ❤️
Nicole Hampton - you are a beautiful soul. We have loved you joining us. Thank you so much for your support and all the fill ins too! You have been amazing and wish you all the best for your next chapter too. You will be truly missed ❤️

The light rain was actually pleasant and welcomed in my workout today….. I never make a plan for my Sunday workout and just add different combos that feel right along the way 😀 my rainy set included 10 stair combos, 50 Bulgarian lunges each leg, 50 walking lunges, 40 b-stance RDL to squats, 60 pushups and 100 dips! I am soaked, sweaty but feel great😀

Something new and cool is happening within our fantastic gym ( apart from the new carpet, painted walls and stained ceiling😀 ) Every member has an opportunity to receive one of these cute vouchers for a free protein shake or coffee at the best coffee in town Mrs Bean!….. we ( Giselle, Nic H and myself ) choose one member from a class and one Personal Training participate each week to receive a voucher each, this someone may have exceeded their goals, sprinkled their cheery vibe, encouraged others, overcome limits and so on! This is just another thing which makes our lil gym such a vibe✌️- Nicole x
