Congratulations to all our prize winners on Saturday evening from the two week Kings Birthday competition. We can’t do these without our major comp sponsors Wight Aluminium and Diggers Services so a huge shout out to them.
We had a huge turnout to the clubrooms and everyone enjoyed the evening and the amazing burgers provided by the outstanding Coastguard Whanganui team. A few pics of the prize winners attached and we look forward to seeing you at the next comp….stay tuned for details…

Heading along to the WMSFC King's Birthday Competition Prizegiving? Make sure you bring some cash and grab a delicious burger from the Whanganui Coastguard fundraiser! This Saturday 6th June, from 6pm.

Come along, support the volunteers who help keep our boaties safe, and enjoy a great night with fellow fishers.
Swap fishing yarns, celebrate the catches from the competition, and be in to win some spot prizes throughout the evening.
Whether you landed the big one or just have a good story to tell, it's shaping up to be a fantastic night.

The weather has been playing ball and we have had some awesome days already for this competition. Remember you have to be at prizegiving to be awarded your prize.
