Instagram has already seen but this is for the new people following me!!

Here are three ball photos from about 2 and a half too three years ago now weighing in at 78-80kgs which is very unhealthy for someone my age!!
I never realised until now how big and unhappy I was in my own body.

Since starting training I never knew in the beginning what it was going to take to get to where I wanted to be people think it’s all fun and games until you have to put the hard work, commitment and effort in.

I can now proudly say I have lost 18kgs and weigh in at a healthy 61-62kg depending on how my body is fluctuating I’m not at my dream goal yet I want to gain some mega muscle but that will come over this year.

2021 is my year can’t wait to share with you guys and also can’t wait to start training 🤍
