We’re pleased to welcome Deb Pick, founder of NEKAWA to the team, who is offering personalised 1:1 reformer sessions focused on spinal alignment, posture and confident movement.

Deb has been working with clients since 1997 and brings extensive experience in human anatomy, rehabilitation-focused exercise and movement education. Throughout her career she has supported a wide range of people looking to improve posture, stability and the way their body moves, including clients preparing for or recovering from orthopaedic procedures during her time working in London and Auckland. She is also the founder of Elite Mindset, where she works with athletes and high performers on confidence, focus and performance.
