These classes are for ANYONE interested in Hyrox and Dirty Dozen style training and workouts.

The aim is to help you improve disclipine, strength and fitness in this style of training for competition πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Yes. There's lots of running!!

But we have bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, an arm-bike, treadmills, steppers, assault bikes and crosstrainers, if you're not keen on the running part, yet πŸ˜‰

From around our 30s, we naturally begin to lose bone mass. For women, this process accelerates during and after menopause. The result can be weaker bones, an increased risk of fractures, and reduced independence as we age.

Our next 10-week challenge starts July 21!

Improve your Standard of self-care through diet and exercise.

Not just to look better.

But to feel and move better.

Improve health markers such as blood pressure, waist circumference, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and HbA1c (we encourage you to get readings from your GP or specialist before starting the challenge, and then again at the end to see these improvements)

This isn't your usual weight-loss challenge. You get out what you put in.

We focus on improving health first, weight-loss second.

Create a lifestyle you don't need to diet from. Lose body fat, then get on with living better, without putting the weight back on.
