💪 CORE & CARDIO 🔥 Wednesdays 6am.

No more rando workouts. We're combining programs with group fitness to bring you:

✨️GROUP TRAINING: MOVE BETTER, TOGETHER!🤝

Our ✨️NEW✨️ timetable starts 1st September, and we're bringing you four new classes, and a new way to train at BodyWork Gym!

Group Training classes are run in 10-week blocks. That means, you'll repeat the same Wednesday class for 10 weeks in a row. Then, we change the workout, add in new challenges, exercises and variations so you're not stuck doing the same thing forever.

Why 10 weeks?

To give you time to learn the exercise and gain confidence in the movement, and get better at it. We're not trying to break world records, we're just trying to move better, have less pain, feel stronger, do everyday takes easier, take care of our mind and body, and to be able to do those things for as long as possible 👌

It also creates safety. When you know what to expect you can prepare. Repetition is our best way of learning. It helps build confidence. When you're confident you won't hurt yourself (because you're doing it right) you can confidently progress 👌

We're excited to bring you this structure in exercise so you can train with confidence, with the motivation of a group 🤝

Join us on Wednesdays at 6am, from September, to move better and feel stronger 🙌

BUMS & TUMS 🍑 Tuesdays 9am.

Our NEW timetable starts September 1st.

NEW classes, NEW structure, same community vibe.

Welcome to Group Training: Move Better, Together!

Each class is run in 10-week blocks. That means, every Tuesday 9am BUMS & TUMS class will be the same class for 10 weeks in a row.

Why?

Because doing random workouts gives you random results.

By working on the same plan over 10 weeks we build confidence and strength in the moves. Each week is an opportunity to do better and progress safely under the guidance of a coach, while finding motivation in numbers!

Every 10 weeks the workout changes, offering new challenges to support ongoing strength and mobility.

We've taken the best of programming and PT to bring you GROUP TRAINING 🔥🔥🔥 These sessions are included in your membership. Casuals always welcome.

Post Workout Meal - call it whatever you want - it's important 👍🏼

After exercise your body is searching for energy to begin the recovery process.

Feed it nothing, it will take energy from your muscle, which can cause muscle and bone density to deplete faster than it's naturally depleting.

Feed it something, it will use the nutrients you give it to repair [and thrive].

Eating pre and post workout sometimes isn't for the "hardcore". It's for anyone who values their energy ✨️🙌
