Not sure which yoga class is your vibe?
Good news: yoga really is for everyone. It’s just about finding the class that feels right for your body, your energy, and your mood.
Here’s a quick little guide to the classes we offer at our cosy studio in the Wellness House on Casement Road.
🧘♀️Yoga Flow – Breathwork, energising flows, and postures on and off the mat. Every teacher brings their own twist, so each class feels a little different. Join Tesh on Mondays at 9:15, or our rotating Saturday class at 8:30am. Perfect if you like your yoga with a bit of pep.
🧘♀️Slow Flow – Stretchy, steady, and a little more mellow. This slower vinyasa flow gives you time to open up, stretch and settle the nervous system. Join Tash on Wednesdays at 8am and Sundays at 9am, or Renee on Fridays at 9:15. Ideal if you want to move, breathe, and unwind - excellent if you strength train or run.
🧘♀️Restorative – Basically a big exhale. Expect meditation, somatic exploration, and gentle floor-based movement to help you slow right down. Perfect if life feels full-on, sleep’s a bit off, or you’re craving calm.
💪 🏃♂️Into strength training, Hyrox, Dirty Dozen, or running? Yoga is a brilliant recovery buddy. It can support HRV (heart rate variability) by helping your body shift into the parasympathetic nervous system—aka rest and digest.
