Not sure which yoga class is your vibe?

Good news: yoga really is for everyone. It’s just about finding the class that feels right for your body, your energy, and your mood.

Here’s a quick little guide to the classes we offer at our cosy studio in the Wellness House on Casement Road.

🧘‍♀️Yoga Flow – Breathwork, energising flows, and postures on and off the mat. Every teacher brings their own twist, so each class feels a little different. Join Tesh on Mondays at 9:15, or our rotating Saturday class at 8:30am. Perfect if you like your yoga with a bit of pep.

🧘‍♀️Slow Flow – Stretchy, steady, and a little more mellow. This slower vinyasa flow gives you time to open up, stretch and settle the nervous system. Join Tash on Wednesdays at 8am and Sundays at 9am, or Renee on Fridays at 9:15. Ideal if you want to move, breathe, and unwind - excellent if you strength train or run.

🧘‍♀️Restorative – Basically a big exhale. Expect meditation, somatic exploration, and gentle floor-based movement to help you slow right down. Perfect if life feels full-on, sleep’s a bit off, or you’re craving calm.

💪 🏃‍♂️Into strength training, Hyrox, Dirty Dozen, or running? Yoga is a brilliant recovery buddy. It can support HRV (heart rate variability) by helping your body shift into the parasympathetic nervous system—aka rest and digest.

Best of all? Every class is suitable for everyone 🎉

9:15am Mat Pilates with Lindsay
Get ready for a full-body flow with all the good stuff — pulses, holds, a little spice, and that inner burn that lets you know it’s working.
All levels welcome, we’ll meet you where you’re at.

5:15pm Hot Pilates with Nicky
A fresh addition to the studio and the perfect post-work express session - short, sharp, and seriously effective. This 35-minute express class is the ultimate post-work pick-me-up — expect to feel warm, energised, and leave with that post workout glow.

As the weather cools down, we’re warming things up in the studio 💛

A few fun changes are coming this June:

🔥 Hot Pilates Express starts Thursday 11 June
Our Thursday evening Pilates class is becoming a 30-minute heated express session—perfect for chilly nights. Think Pilates + a little cardio + a little interval magic + that signature studio burn. Trialing for June & July.

🌿 Saturday Pilates moves to 10am
No more 7:30am start—hello sleep-in! Saturday Pilates will now run after Yoga and become a mat + barre hybrid class, designed to feel welcoming and accessible for everyone.

👯‍♀️ Bring a Friend Month is here
All June long, you can bring a friend to class for free.
They just need to be new to the studio (or had a prolonged absence of over 6 months) and you’ll need to message us first to get them booked in.

Restorative Yoga is quickly becoming everyone’s favourite weekly exhale ✨

If sleep has been a bit elusive, or life’s been feeling stressful, busy, and scattered, this class might be just the reset you’ve been needing. The feedback says it all —
