Gained UK coaching qualification BHSAI in a dressage yard following classical principles.
20+ yrs experience & 1000s of hrs of teaching flat work, jumping and ground work. Over the last 13yrs, spanish riding master Ramon Guerrero has guided my eye and educated me with gymnastic exercises both ridden and from the ground which encourage horses to use their bodies correctly and work in a positive fra

me of mind. The integrity in Ramon' s training 'without force' has fed my passion for training horses in a way that promotes quality and relaxation and therefore the use of their 'learning' brain. I create sensitive riders who are attuned to their equine partners, which in turn produces horses who are happy and comfortable in their own body & mind. I teach a solid foundation of principles for use in all equine disciplines to enhance the performance, comfort and longevity of the horse's working life. I am happy to work alongside your horse's body-worker to form an exercise/strengthening program specific to your horse's needs. Outcomes of a training journey with Tina:

Hi all, 2 day clinic at Equisucceed NZ mid January.
All riders will benefit from this instructor who is full of character & humour. Horses can be at any level of education or disciplineā€”from green broke through to high school. Many riders of Working Equitation & Dressage find his help invaluable. Your sessions can be in-hand, ridden or both.
Ramonā€™s knowledge & experience is profound & extensive. Videoing your sessions is encouraged as each of this Spanish masterā€™s sentences will be lightbulb moments for you in the coming months as you continue your training at home. The clinic is ideally attended for both days for consolidation of concepts, systems & improved way of going.

Some of my riders have heard me say that one of their glutes were not firing and so the hip was collapsing or sliding their seat out one way. Here is an off - horse test/ exercise which will help you even your glutes to centre your seat.
