Afternoon team just letting everyone know I be running boxfit classes and boxing skill classes soon dates be coming out soon

Hi Everyone,

So below I have posted what our Group fitness timetable looks like for this Term 😁

We have added 2x Evening classes which is L.B.T Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5PM - so please let everyone know!

Also BOXFIT is still on for this Friday 9am-10am 🙌

We Have 2X Box-Fit sessions today!! YAY!!

First Class will start at 9-10AM
Second Class will be tonight at 5.15-6.30PM

Please Meet at The war Memorial Hall - don't forget to bring with you a drink bottle/towel.
