Inter Districts is over for another year and each district managed to take home one of the shields.
Great rivalry between the districts and at times great golf and at other times, well it's golf ⛳️

Bit of a hump day stats dump for you members 🧮 Checking out the "2026 leaderboards" for Best Gross & Best Nett ⛳️
Nett wise the ageless Ron Eckersley leading the pack with 64, closely followed by Pip Griffin & Jesse Elley on 65.
Gross wise Bully is back ! Matt Bulfin on top with 70, Brian Hateley & Nathan Thompson in the trail with 71's.
Rounds played wise a few have passed 50 ! Joy Forsyth, Arthur Willman, Wayne Nicolle & Debbie Smith 💪 how good !!

Inter À: Great grade here ! Terry Mac, David Baird & Rick Barry all gross 81 👏 👏 DT & Ferg nipping at their heels 👠
Senior: Bully is back ! Cal, Roy & Jelly all solid golf ⛳️

What a fantastic little video on the par 3 11th at this years US Open venue Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.
Honestly folks how remarkable are the similarities between that hole and our magnificently cruel par 3 11th at Westport GOLF CLUB - absolutely unbelievable ⛳️.
You could almost imagine watching Golf Digest Architect tell the story of our course and influential men such as Joe Clements, Cam Schadick, and the 832 ‘scheme 13’ unemployed men in the Great Depression 🎥
