Sacre bleu, what a Parents’ Mixed Doubles Tournament! 🎾

As always, it somehow landed on the best day of the year 🌞 and delivered the goods.

With a touch of French Open flair, we had plenty of berets, a few Jacques Cousteau lookalikes 🥽 (or were they? 🤔) and a spread of croque monsieur and macarons that were très délicieux 🥐🎉

Good tennis, great laughs, and excellent costumes. Perfect combo.

🏆 Prizegiving was extra special this year with a guest appearance 🏆

Just hoping the names on the trophies were spelt correctly this year 🤔

Hey team, no tennis tonight unfortunately 🌧️🎾

With the weather not looking great + the Year 7 & 8s due back late from camp, we’ve decided to cancel for this evening.

Hopefully we’ll be back on court next week with some better weather.

📍 Renouf Tennis Centre

Our Club Champs is back for another year, a friendly competition where kids can experience real match play and compete for trophies awarded at our end‑of‑year prizegiving.

We’ll also have chips and cold drinks for sale.

Grades:

🏆Senior: Years 7 & 8
🏆Junior: Year 6 & below
Everyone gets at least two games.

Kids can enter:
Singles
Doubles
Both (We can match them with a doubles partner if needed.)

We know some play interclub in the morning, if you’re running late, just text an organiser and we’ll adjust the draw.

Here's the roster for our Club Nights for the remainder of the season.

✅ Parent volunteers ensure these run smoothly and each family is asked to volunteer for one Club Night per term

⏰Arrive at 5pm to set up.

📅 Note your allocated date and arrange to swap with another family if you need to.

Duties include:
🍽️ Setting up the tables, bbq and mini courts
🔥 Running the bbq & drinks purchases etc
🧹 Packing up
🚮 Taking rubbish away
🫧 Cleaning and returning bbq tools
