Mondays is a slower pace with recorded music and Thursdays is high energy and includes live drumming by Kubatana! Please help spread the word if you know any seniors who might be keen for a new community dance therapy group, or youth/adults 15+ with intellectual/developmental disabilities/neurodiversity who might be interested in Dance 4 Us with DTNZ.
