Yoga by the sea, wellington, new zealand From November to June we meet at Freyberg beach jetty in Oriental Bay. Everything provided. No experience necessary.

Yoga, pilates, foam rolling, meditation, breath-work & massage classes are available at my home studio with sea views, bush & birdsong.
