In case you missed today’s 🌟 glorious 🌟 abs training from Glen (which is basically a beautiful cross breed of P90X and Pilate), here’s a reminder that you’re always welcome to join this friendly form of torture at the end of every training. It might look intimidating, but definitely worth it for the unforeseeable 6-packs-future.

New Year, New Timetable!

We're making a few tweaks to the timing and structure of our core classes this year to fit around trainer availability and to maximize the value you're getting from your WTB membership.

We'll be kicking off with this schedule from 21 January (the first Wednesday after Wellington Anniversary weekend)

Details below and on our website. Keep an eye out for some more announcements coming soon.

💫💫 2026 Class Schedule 💫💫
🏃Open Classes:
⌚Monday & Wednesday, 6:30 - 7:30pm (no change from last year)
This is our open to anyone, fun and intense work out with an emphasis on proper technique and getting a good sweat on.

🦾Open Gym:
⌚Sunday, 11am - 1pm
We get a lot of requests from members about coming in to use the bags, or work on specific techniques outside of classes - so we listened! This is a timeslot for a self-directed workout. We will make sure a trainer is present to offer guidance and we'll map out a circuit if you're after some workout inspo.

🥊 Sparring:
⌚Monday, 7:30-8:15
We're moving the usual Friday sparring to a new slot, right after the open training on Monday nights. This remains invite-only so if you're keen to participate, talk to one of the trainers!
