Pilates is beneficial for anyone willing to give it a go, no matter your shape, size or gender! My classes are fun, encouraging and inclusive. Pilates is on this morning at 9am at St David's Church, Seddon St, Naenae. $2 unwaged, $5 waged. We have toys set up for children. Everyone is invited, bring your children if you want. This class is for all ages. Hope to see you there

Good Morning, Pilates is on this morning at 9am at St David's Church, Seddon St, Naenae. $2 unwaged, $5 waged. However, please note because the traffic light system is in place I need to operate with vaccine certificates. I am sorry for those who are not vaccinated and I do not wish to discriminate but I need to follow the rules in place for exercise classes. So please come armed with your vaccine certificates so I can scan them. Thanks everyone. Looking forward to seeing you.
