100KM STEP CHALLENGE - STARTS MONDAY

We’ve created something fun, simple, and surprisingly powerful for the community this month, our 100km Step Challenge.

The goal is exactly what it sounds like:
walk or run 100km.

Make it work for you
There are lots of ways to tick off your kilometres:
Morning walks before work
After-dinner family walks
Walking meetings or phone calls
Weekend hikes or beach walks
Adding a short run before or after the gym
Every kilometre counts.

Make it social
One of the best parts of challenges like this is doing it together, its available to everyone and you don’t have to be a member at Mane. Grab a friend from the gym, organise a weekend walk, or bring the family along. A lot of our best conversations and connections happen outside the gym walls.

Track your progress
Use your watch, phone, or fitness app to track distance. Weekly message your kms to Mane Fitness so we can update our tracking form.

Spot Prizes, Motivation and Support throughout.
Mane Fitness will have spot prizes, support and group sessions available throughout the next month to help motivate you.
