Evening fish in Wellington Harbour few kahawai around. One small fish kept for dinner.I put lemon. Garlic. Salt-pepper....

I put lemon. Garlic. Salt-pepper. Butter inside wrapped in foil and on bbq.

Other than smoking and baking what else do you do with kahawai?
Fillet and fried?
