As we prepare for our competition this week, it really highlights just how much we rely on the incredible support of our families who volunteer to keep the club running so smoothly.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers at Capital Gymnastics, and in particular to our Committee, for the many hours they dedicate behind the scenes—your efforts do not go unnoticed.

🏅 Well done to all of our EXCEL gymnasts who competed at the Kapiti Gymnastics competition last weekend!
Our team had an amazing competition and came home with an incredible number of placings:
🥇 17 First Placings
🥈 21 Second Placings
🥉 14 Third Placings
We are so proud of everyone’s hard work, dedication, and fantastic performances throughout the weekend.
