Capital Gymnastics is seeking expressions of interest for a six-month WAG Programme Lead pilot role.
This role has been created to add dedicated leadership, coordination and support to our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) programme.
Working alongside coaches, families, the Centre Manager and the Committee, the WAG Programme Lead will help bring the programme together, support confident delivery, and contribute to a positive and consistent experience for gymnasts and families.
This is a six-month pilot appointment of approximately 15 hours per month, based at Capital Gymnastics in Newtown and reporting to the Centre Manager.
Following review, the role may be extended and the model considered for other areas of the Capital programme.
