Hi everyone, unfortunately there are insufficient entries for this event and it has had to be cancelled.

Instead join with us for a casual game of tennis between 10 and noon on Sunday the 25th. :-)

Let us know if you want to join in - two courts have been booked.

The Wellington Rainbow Sport and Culture Weekend 2015 is intended to pull together an informal and friendly GLBTI social weekend of fun and competition from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 January 2015.

Kia ora everyone

Next Hot Shots session has been booked for Sunday 24 August at noon. 12pm start due to inter club tennis.

Note the date in the calendar and spread the word; I'll check in the week before to see who can make it.

Good session yesterday though we hope Mike's knee get better. Thank you Mike for taking over the court hire and giving us the benefit of amazing court hire prices - $10 each.

Tennis this Sunday 20 July, 11am to 12noon at the Renouf Centre - coffee and/or light lunch afterwards in Aro St.
Sound good? We can also have a chat about the rainbow sports weekend in 2015 here in Wellington, Auckland Anniversary Weekend. Likely to involve swimming, running, 10 pin bowling, badminton, a t-dance with DANS (same s*x dancing) and surely tennis!
Please RSVP by Friday 18 July to let me know if you, or others you know can make the 20 July Sunday session for tennis, coffee or both.

Hot Shots Tennis Handicap Tournament

The Hot Shots Tennis Handicap Tournament for 2013 is done and dusted. A field of 14 people, complete with A Touch of dutch masseurs, Arno & Ben.

Congratulations to everyone for their participation and also to the Singles Handicap Champion Michael Briden, who together with his partner Mark Fairey, were the Doubles Handicap Champions.
