All you need is a light set of dumbbells to get started, even a couple of filled water bottles will get you through if you're new to strength training. Here we are at week 4!!! (And I am not only still hanging in there, I am loving it! Which for me is something I never thought I would like…being more a dancer than a gym person 😉 ) I love seeing my improvement in strength, stamina and stability. I truly am feeling like I am thriving again! ❤ So big thank you to Jill Fitness Hub , her online videos free for everyone and especially to her Strong and Thriving community!
