Can you let time stand still and practice 'horse stance' or 'mabu' for a few minutes a day. Enjoying the gentle burn of the muscles as they work hard.
Mabu is used for endurance training as well as strengthening the back and leg muscles, tendon strength, and overall feeling and understanding of "feeling grounded". It is a wide, stable stance with a low center of gravity.
If you have been to one of Hernan's classes, you will be familiar with this stance.
