At the ASB Sports Centre we run social sport leagues, school sport programmes and after school sport activity. We also offer birthday party packages, corporate fun days and holiday programmes. For the pre-schoolers we have programmes such as Tumbling Tots and Active Play. The centre is also home to Wellington Sports Med Ltd who offer sports medicine, nutrition, psychology and massage along with physiotherapy and other services. Other tenants include High Performance Sport NZ, Netball Central Zone, Netball Wellington Centre, Volleyball NZ, Parafed Wellington and Wellington Basketball Association. Wishbone café are on site to cater for all customers, including birthday party and meeting room attendees. The following bus routes all have stops near the sports centre:
