Winter Wellness Workshop

Cricket Wellington is thrilled to offer two informative and interactive workshops for college aged female cricketers and their parents, caregivers and whanau. 

First up we have a session on fuelling the female cricketer where Blaze Sports Dietitian Becky Jones from The Performance Pantry will talk about fuel needs for and during training and playing. 

Date: Wednesday 15 July 2026
Time: 7-8pm 
Location: Cricket Wellington Offices @ the Cello Basin Reserve
