Ever feel stiff through your hips when you ride? Struggle to sit deeply in the saddle? Feel like one side works differently to the other?
Join us for a practical, rider-focused workshop designed to help you move better, feel more balanced, and get more from your riding.
During this 1-hour workshop, weโll look at common mobility and stability limitations that affect riders, before working through a series of simple exercises designed to improve hip mobility, glute activation, balance and pelvic control.
