🍊 Vitamin C: Why You Need It Year-Round

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning it isn’t stored in the body and needs to be replenished regularly through food or supplements. It plays an essential role in:

- Tissue repair and wound healing
- Collagen formation for healthy skin, joints, and connective tissue
- Neurotransmitter production to support brain health and mood
- Immune system support to help fight illness
