Another great workshop! Thanks to those who came. It really was a pleasure to talk about how we can represent music through our dancing, and to not only dance to the music but to embody it as we dance.

Thanks again to Gay for a great spread (and George for the Squiggle Pops!). A fun time but now on to the next event! (Keep a look out for the event listing!!)

While the weather isn't tropical we still had a great night of dancing Latin dances on Saturday. Thank you to Gay and all who helped with catering, including nachos, pastelitos de carne (and non-carne), and black beans and rice "Moros y Cristianos", followed by Cuban fruit salad and ice cream, and other tasty treats. (No photos, sorry. Once again you'll have to take my word for it!!)

Thank you also to Maree and Peter for your demonstration. We all hope you do well at your comp next weekend!

Great workshop in the weekend. Thank you to all of you who came.
Once again, I was too busy having fun and dancing to take photos or videos. Even the afternoon tea, with Gay's lovely scones (with raspberry jam and cream, of course!), was all gone before I could take the photo so you'll have to imagine those. All that was left was the whiteboard schedule for the workshop (photographed) and some tired but happy muscles from dancing for three hours!

A great time was had by all at last night Ballroom/American Smooth evening of dancing. Thank you to everyone who came along and made the night special.

A big thank you to Gay (once again) for organising the fabulous supper and decorations. Thanks also to Karen for setting up and to those who helped with cleaning up.

New classes starting this Wednesday at LiKeMovement LKM Dance Studio. Come and learn the American style Rumba like this one, and other dances, for a new way of appreciating the music you love.
