'Warm Up & Play Injury-Free, with South Coast Physio' 💪

Come on down to Love Tennis on Sunday to meet our local physiotherapy clinic based right here in Island Bay.

Callum Law and his team will be hosting a special on-court injury prevention session - all are welcome!

Whether you're dealing with a persistent ni**le, a new injury, or working your way back after surgery, their team is here to help get you back on court. All being tennis and squash players themselves, their physiotherapists understand the demands of your sport.

Pop in for one of our coaching sessions (kids or adults) with head coach Dave Knight, meet the local physio and here how they can help you play better and longer, and watch local teachers battle it out on court - school vs school.
