Mums, if you are 6 weeks postpartum after a natural birth and 12 weeks postpartum after a c-section birth, and have been cleared to begin the exercise by your doctor, then Kangatraining is for you!

Kangatraining is a safe postnatal exercise class with low impact and is specifically designed for mummies and babies. We focus on rebuilding the strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy and birth and beyond through fun, dancing & energetic classes. Not only will you feel great physically, but taking part in our classes will also boost your emotional well-being as you meet other local mums in a fun, relaxed environment.

Our postnatal exercise classes take place every Tuesday from 12 September to 10 October 2023 at 1:00 pm at Avalon Public Hall in Lower Hutt. The cost is $60 for five classes or $14 per class (payable at the door).
