Aimez votre corps, tout entier. Prenez-en bien soin, c’est le vĂ©hicule de votre Ăąme! Lorsque nous acceptons notre corps tel qu’il est, nous lui donnons l’amour et les soins dont il a besoin: de la nourriture saine, de l’exercice, du sommeil... Mais nous avons trop tendance Ă  le maltraiter. Nous lui disons devant la glace qu’il est trop gras, trop moche, et la liste d’insultes peut ĂȘtre trĂšs longue. Nous avons appris a dĂ©tester notre corps, mais la bonne nouvelle c’est que nous pouvons renverser la tendance et apprendre Ă  l’aimer Ă  nouveau.
