Mahurangi Junior Rugby Club Welcome to the Mahurangi Junior Rugby Club.

We are a grassroots rugby club with a strong and supportive committee and community; representing players from ages 4 - 13 throughout the Mahurangi area and affiliated with the North Harbour Rugby competition.

- U85 vs Takapuna 2:45pm (Home)

- Premier 1 vs Helensville 2:45pm (Home)

- Country Roads Party - with a Live Band ‘Dads after Dark’ (Free Event) 6pm till late

Highlights | April • May • June

A great few months of rugby, friendships, hard work, and club spirit.

From hard-fought matches and memorable wins to junior development, club events, and plenty of sideline support, it’s been a busy and rewarding start to the season.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who make our club what it is.

There’s still plenty to come on the rugby calendar, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings.

☀️ What a beautiful day for the Snowwhite Tournament in Northcote!

Our J7s put in a fantastic effort, finishing the day with two wins and two losses. The team showed great determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, making us all proud.

A huge thank you to our coaches and managers for your time, support, and dedication. Days like these wouldn’t be possible without everything you do behind the scenes.

Rain, mud, and slippery conditions couldn’t stop our young stars this week!

A big congratulations to our Week 4 Player(s) of the Day 🏆👏 Thank you Charlie’s Gelato, New World Warkworth & Total Span NZ for helping us celebrate these up and coming superstars!

We’re so proud of all the kids for embracing the challenge, having fun, and never giving up despite the wet weather. That’s what rugby is all about! 💙🏉

A huge thank you to Harbour Rugby for delivering tonight’s tackle clinic for our J5 & J6 players! 🏉

The kids had an awesome time developing their confidence, technique, and understanding of safe tackling in a fun and supportive environment.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time and expertise shared with our club, and for the opportunity given to our young players development. Opportunities like these play a huge role in developing both skills and a love for the game.

Thanks again to everyone involved. We know the kids got a lot out of it! 💙♥️
