Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Mahurangi Badminton Club Incorporated.

Wednesday, 25th March 2026 - 6.50pm followed by a free badminton session from 7.00pm 8.00pm a fun pre-season warm up for the grown ups.

2. Adoption of the New Constitution:
Formal vote to adopt the constitution updated for the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

3. Financial Report.

4. Election of Officers / Electing the Committee for the coming year:

Junior Liaison (Optional)

5. Setting of Fees.

6. General Business: Any other items members wish to discuss regarding the club's future.

Note on Voting: Only Formal Members (those who have signed the Membership Consent form) are eligible to vote.

Lights are still out . Today's badminton is canceled now.

Lights are out in Snells, matakana and Warkworth. If you haven't started travelling yet, wait for my message. If lights don't come in next 15 mins. We will cancel the session for tonight.

Mahurangi Community hall is unavailable for badminton on Monday 3rd July as it is being used for a school holiday event. Sorry about that. See you all on Monday 10th July

Attn: all avid badminton playing folk, we'll be closed this coming Monday 3rd July due to the hall being used for a school holiday event but we will resume as normal the following Monday 10th July.
