After 9 weeks, has achieved his body composition goals and has learned how to train on the rings before he travels the world!
🦍Rob has decreased his waist by 4cm and increased his hip by 2 cm. Which has improved his Waist to hip ratio WHR from 0.97 to 0.91. (WHR was almost high risk now WHR almost low risk)

🦍Increased his muscle mass by 1kg, and reduced his fat percentage by 3% (1.9kg of pure fat reduction)

🦍His knee pain has gone and he can now fly on the gymnastic rings with style!

Michaels Phenomenal Results Since July 25th 2025!!

12.6% reduction in fat percentage. That's 11.5kg of pure fat lost.
