Our Story

Human Fitness & Performance specialise in empowering their clients to create change in their lives through movement.

They offer a variety of small group sessions (maximum of 8 people per group) and 1-1 personal training, with a concept based around five key elements called "the Human Score": Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, Rest, Emotion.

The studio is different due to the fact that they do not use machines! Instead, they use a combination of traditional lifting barbells, dumbbells, squat rack, TRX, Sandbells, Vipers, Vibration Plates, Freeform Boards and Bulgarian bags.

Each person is different and by using the Human Score, trainers adjust each workout to suit what you are looking for. There is no one fits all at HFP, it's about you getting the most out of YOUR workout and seeing results!
