Final Monday check in from our Locked-In program… and what a 6 weeks it’s has been!

Big shout out to team Blue Steel for taking out the overall competition, edging out an impressive Games Day score from The Green Goblet Squatters who took top points on Saturday.

Everyone involved - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this something we’ll all remember for quite some time.

Off to the drawing board to plan how on earth we can top this one with our next program…. Stay tuned 👀

Programs bring focus, intent and purpose - but it’s all the little moments too. A message of support in a group chat. An extra smile mid session. Or an extended chat after class with someone that used to be a stranger.
