Happy Monday, all. This evening's class will be a yin-style class. This means:
🔸 Practice is slow, we spend a few minutes in each pose and give the body time to really relax into the stretch (rather than force it)
🔸 Most of our poses are based on the ground, no standing sequence today
🔸 Stretch & mind focus. Less strength building today and more focus on relaxation, rest and checking in with yourself.
If you would like to bring pillows, extra props or a blanket, you're welcome to! I will have blocks and straps for you.
Wear something comfy, heaters will be on. Perfect for all levels. 🩷
